Required CompensationSalary Range:
$75,000- 85,000 Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet inventory and customer demand Monitor line performance, including downtime and waste, and implement improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with product specifications through inspection and process control Train and develop team members on quality standards, equipment operation, and procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or food production, or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and procedure manuals Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to train, lead, and effectively communicate with teams in a production environment Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) At least 2 years of experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment Experience with inventory control and manufacturing systems Knowledge of process improvement or production optimization methods Familiarity with quality assurance standards in food production Experience in supervising or leading production teams Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
