3010770815-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As a 1st Shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will lead paint line, assembly, and welding teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. You will plan daily production, assign staff, monitor workflow, and address bottlenecks or equipment issues. The role includes coaching and developing team members, maintaining a clean and safe work area, enforcing standards and procedures, and preparing shift reports to support continuous improvement in a precision metal fabrication environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise paint line, assembly, and welding staff on 1st shift to meet production goals. Plan, schedule, and adjust daily work assignments based on priorities and capacity. Monitor workflow, identify delays or equipment issues, and coordinate corrective actions. Coach, train, and evaluate team members while enforcing company policies and safety standards. Maintain product quality by following standards and supporting inspection and corrective actions. Ensure a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company procedures. Track and report shift performance using production data and summaries. Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to support uptime and continuous improvement.
