Job Description

Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead our manufacturing department in the Depew, NY area. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, guide a talented team of machinists, and ensure production meets our strict quality standards.

What You Will Do Direct Production:

Schedule jobs, assign daily tasks, and optimize shop floor workflow. Strong attention to detail

Lead Personnel:

Train, mentor, and evaluate CNC and manual machine operators.

Maintain Quality:

Review parts against blueprints and ensure absolute precision.

Safety & Compliance :

Follow company policies and procedures . Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Troubleshoot:

Resolve machining bottlenecks, tooling issues, and program errors.

What We Look For Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on machining experience.

Leadership:

Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or shop lead role.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of CNC programming, setups, and tooling.

Blueprint Reading:

Advanced ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings.

Local Commute:

Reliable transportation to our facility in the Depew / Greater Buffalo area.
