full-time A leader in manufacturing electronic instrumentation for the electric utility and process industries is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor to oversee manufacturing engineering operations and lead a team of three. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical engineering depth and hands?on experience in PCBA, electronics assembly, and automated test equipment. It also offers a clear succession and growth path. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers Drive process improvements, cost?reduction initiatives, and Lean Manufacturing efforts Oversee tooling, documentation, test equipment design, and capital equipment decisions Collaborate cross?functionally with production, facilities, QA, supply chain, and EHS Review engineering changes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Support OPEX, VA/VE, and continuous improvement programs What You Bring Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred) 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience 3+ years leading or supervising engineering teams Strong background in PCBA manufacturing, electronics engineering, circuit board assembly Working knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, including design, testing, and troubleshooting Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with CADStar, PADS, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, or programming languages (VB, C, Java) is a plus Why This Role Stands Out Competitive compensation + STI and LTI Strong benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k match, FSAs/HSA, tuition reimbursement) Exciting, fast-paced environment where you could make a true impact on operations Clear advancement path into Plant Manager Located in Rochester, NY , offering a mix of culture, outdoor recreation, and a stable regional economy
