Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations for 1st and 2nd shift teams within our GMP-regulated facility. In this role, you will lead and develop 10-20 manufacturing operators while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, guiding teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Supervise, coach, and develop staff, driving employee engagement and performance. Maintain an active floor presence and drive continuous improvement through Lean and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies. Promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve manufacturing outcomes. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization for efficient operations. Lead manufacturing investigations and change control activities, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues. Qualifications Advanced degree with 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience, or bachelor's degree with 5+ years. Minimum 2 years of people leadership in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO). Experience implementing Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement processes. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work varying shifts and perform duties in cleanroom environments. Experience leading investigations, CAPAs, and change control preferred. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (preferred). Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
