Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who knows how to lead from the floor, develop people, and get results? A growing and established manufacturing organization is seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead 2nd Shift production operations at a facility in the Henrietta, NY area. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who wants to make an impact, grow with the organization, and take the next step in their manufacturing career. The company offers a competitive base salary of $55,000-$65,000, with bonus potential bringing total compensation up to $80,000. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with employees, maintain accountability, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead daily 2nd Shift production operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service . Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop production employees. Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance. Assign and monitor daily production activities to maintain an efficient workflow. Coordinate production priorities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Monitor production performance and quickly address issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity. Identify equipment, material, or process concerns and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them. Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture across the production floor. Communicate production needs, employee concerns, and operational issues to plant leadership. Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance. Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualified candidates should have:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a related environment. Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and employee-development skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Comfort working around production equipment, tools, and industrial processes. A strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork . Ability to work 2nd Shift and maintain a consistent leadership presence on the production floor.
