Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Quality Enclosures (QE) is a 30-year manufacturer of custom tempered glass for high-end shower enclosures. As our production volume continues to grow, we are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor (In Training) to support our night crew and develop into a key leadership role. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values a stable work environment , enjoys hands-on manufacturing , and is looking to grow into leadership . We are willing to train the right candidate and provide progressive responsibilities throughout the training period . About the Role The Night Shift Supervisor (In Training) will work closely with the Primary Night Supervisor to support all night-shift production activities. This role blends hands-on machine operation with developing supervisory responsibilities . During training, you will work directly in production, learning our machinery, processes, and quality standards while gradually taking on leadership duties. You will serve as second-in-command and act as the point person when the Primary Night Supervisor is unavailable. Key Responsibilities Support andassistthe Primary Night Supervisor in leading night-shift operations Work hands-on in production, including operating machinery as part of training Progressively take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities Direct workflow to meet nightly production goals Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Help onboard and train new team members Troubleshoot production, equipment, or material issues Prepare end-of-shift notes and communicate with the day team Step in as acting supervisor when needed What We're Looking For Prior experience in manufacturing,warehouse, or production environments Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, but notrequired Up to 3 years of experience is acceptable Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Military experience is a plus Strong communicationand leadership potential Comfortable working hands-on with machinery Reliable, punctual, and ownership-minded Ability to lift 65-85lbsand work safely Willingness to learn custom glass manufacturing processes Ability to work Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-1:00 AM Why Join QE? 30 years of stability and growth in custom glass manufacturing Structured training with clear growth opportunities Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow into a senior supervisory role Leadership that values development and long-term careers
