PM Job Description:

Lead daily injection molding operations and ensure the sage, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements Monitor production performance and schedule/prioritize jobs, machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs per production goals Maintain and clean, organized, and safe work environment, meeting all company standards Support ERP/MRP system transactions and verify inventory accuracy and material availability Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance

•working alongside Quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve any issues

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of injection molding manufacturing experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a production environment Basic computer proficiency, which includes spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems, and inventory management High school Diploma or GED required Preferred technical training or education in plastics manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field #IND789
