This role is crucial in ensuring efficient food production, staff training, quality control, and food safety. The ideal candidate will have management experience in the food industry to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the production center, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management regarding operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in a food processing plant. Mechanical knowledge is preferred to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiar with ODA inspections, 3rd party audits Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational goals. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
