Job Requirements:

Lead and develop the manufacturing team by coaching, motivating, assigning work, managing performance, and building a positive, productive relationship with employees and union personnel. Drive daily production performance by managing staffing, schedules, workflow, productivity, and resources to meet production priorities and customer demands. Champion safety and quality by enforcing company standards, reviewing production and quality data, addressing issues, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility. Coordinate plant operations by partnering with maintenance, quality, shipping, and other departments to resolve issues, minimize disruptions, and keep production moving. Improve overall performance by analyzing shift results, communicating production updates, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to make the operation better.
