Monday•Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30
PM Night:
Monday•Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00
AM Weekend:
Friday•Sunday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hours)

Position Summary The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. This role is responsible for supervising employees, developing team members, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company and safety standards. Responsibilities Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals. Schedule and prioritize daily production activities. Develop, coach, and mentor team members and Area Leaders. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and manufacturing procedures. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and on-time delivery metrics. Support hiring, onboarding, training, cross-training, and performance management. Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues. Manage departmental staffing, budgets, and preventive maintenance activities. Participate in plant leadership meetings and drive operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Manufacturing or fabrication leadership experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to read and follow English instructions. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand for extended periods. Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and stoop as needed. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Why Join Us?
