Requirements What You'll Do Lead, train, and support production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production goals and quality standards. Oversee plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and production teams to meet customer and production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Perform additional duties as needed to support plant success. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience supervising production employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid computer literacy. Experience in the steel industry preferred.
