Refined Catalyst Solutions is built on trust, clear communication, consistent settlements, and improving transparency and efficiency in the recycling industry. Position Overview Refined Catalyst Solutions is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations. This role will oversee labor, materials, production output, safety, and quality. The Production Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to production employees and help keep the team productive and on track. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable for performance. Meet or exceed daily production goals. Monitor equipment and workflow to keep production running efficiently. Identify and resolve production issues as they come up. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Help train and develop production employees. Communicate production results and issues to management. Qualifications 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Strong understanding of production processes and workflow. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience using Microsoft Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
