Union Sorters of America is seeking a dependable and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a union position offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and strong benefits. What You'll Do:

Oversee and support a team of 5-10 employees, depending on workload Train employees on basic visual inspections and measurement inspections Ensure quality standards are met by auditing jobs and inspections Review work to confirm procedures are followed correctly Send and respond to basic emails Communicate job details and quality issues with customers Work hands-on inspecting parts on the plant floor and work areas Identify, define, and report all material or quality issues Perform other duties as assigned All necessary training materials are provided.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing and plant floor settings May involve exposure to heat, humidity, noise Standing for extended periods and lifting materials may be required
