A Manufacturing Production Supervisor supervises workers and production schedules, monitors supplies, and oversees quality assurance at a manufacturing facility or plant.

First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm What you will be doing Independently operates production equipment and support production activities as needed. Lead internal and external problem-solving and corrective action processes. Ensure all work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed. Engage with operators and coordinate the hourly production workforce as directed by the Supervisor. Monitor productivity, safety, and quality performance while working to meet customer requirements. Assist in scheduling product flow to support production needs and customer commitments. Develop, document, and implement new job processes and work procedures as needed. Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence. What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
High school diploma/GED Minimum of (5) five years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of (3) years leadership experience.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts. IATF experience. Knowledge of CNC programming, Machining, Fixturing and Tooling. Experience in bending, welding, machining, stamping, and assembly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. SAP experience.
