Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who knows the pace and precision of a tool & die and metal stamping environment? We are seeking a 2nd Shift Stamping Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 employees for an established manufacturer. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands stamping operations, enjoys leading an off-shift team, and knows how to balance production goals with accountability, communication, and respect. What You'll Do Lead and oversee approximately 20 employees, primarily stamping operators Coordinate daily 2nd-shift production activities to keep work running safely and efficiently Monitor production priorities, workflow, quality, and performance Provide direction, coaching, and support to employees throughout the shift Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity Troubleshoot production concerns and work with the team to resolve issues Communicate production status, concerns, and priorities with other supervisors and management Help create a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards Ensure company safety procedures, quality standards, and operating practices are consistently followed What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Metal stamping experience strongly preferred Tool & die, press operations, welding, or related metal manufacturing experience is a plus Comfortable leading an off-shift production team with limited day-shift management presence Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a professional and respectful leadership style Hands-on mentality and willingness to be involved on the production floor Dependable and able to commit to a long-term 2nd-shift schedule Schedule & Compensation 2nd

Shift:

Approximately 4:00 PM - 3:30/4:30 AM The typical schedule is expected to average approximately 44-48 hours per week. Pay starts around $35/hour, with flexibility to go higher based on stamping, tool & die, and supervisory experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing supervisor who prefers 2nd shift , wants to take ownership of their team, and is looking for a long-term leadership role with an established tool & die manufacturer.
