Job Description
Hampton Lumber is a thriving family-owned company aspiring to be North America's preferred source for responsibly-sourced wood solutions. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, we operate nine sawmills in Western Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. We also manage timberland and operate a wholesale and import/export division. We are currently seeking a Planer Supervisor Swing Shift to join our Warrenton Planer Team. This is a hands-on leadership role. This person will be safety orientated, people focused, and goal driven. They also must be approachable and trustworthy. They are responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the swing shift team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to safety, quality, continuous improvement, training, teamwork, and retention of the team. They will work closely as part of the leadership team to promote our common goal to be the Employer of Choice in our community.
