On-site in Carlisle, PA About FSIP Electronics Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP Electronics) is a leader in the remanufacturing and manufacturing of advanced electronics serving the industrial equipment and electric vehicle industries. Position Summary FSIP Electronics is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Remanufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising and developing production employees while ensuring daily production, quality, safety, and turnaround goals are achieved. Previous experience directly supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment is required. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily remanufacturing operations, including disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing. Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees, including assigning daily work and providing performance feedback. Ensure production schedules, output targets, quality standards, and turnaround times are consistently achieved. Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and minimize downtime. Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues in real time. Ensure products meet OEM, customer, and internal quality standards and enforce required inspection and testing procedures. Address defects, rework, and nonconformances and support corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and applicable procedures. Oversee inventory and material flow, availability, waste reduction, and component traceability. Identify process inefficiencies and support Lean manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or remanufacturing operations. Previous experience directly supervising or leading employees in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Experience in electronics, industrial equipment, automotive, or another technical manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive operational performance. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles. What We're Looking For A hands-on manufacturing leader who can effectively manage people and production priorities in a fast-paced environment.
