For more information, please see our website. About the Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Production Lead to join our Centerra Langeloth team. This position is an onsite role based in Langeloth, PA, responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities within the facility. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and supervise personal, including operators and technicians. Collaborate with production management to develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meets industry standards. Continuously assess and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Promote a safe working environment and conduct safety meetings, inspections and incident investigations when needed. Monitor and manage materials and finished product inventory levels. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure adequate supply chain operations. Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies. Identify and facilitate training needed for team development. Unload materials and parts from transportation vessels using appropriate equipment such as forklifts. Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with established procedure and specifications. Stays up to date on industry best practices and refresher trainings throughout the year of all SOP's and JSA's. Other duties as assigned. About You The following will be critical to successfully performing this role: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, metallurgy or related. Experience considered in lieu of degree. Minimum 5 years experience in metals processing or similar heavy industry. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Familiarity with relevant software and production tools. . Previous experience operating roasting equipment or similar machinery in a heavy industrial setting.
