Job Description
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Supervisor to support automotive quality operations and oversee sorting, rework, and containment projects at customer locations. This role serves as the main point of contact between the customer, technicians, engineers, and internal teams while ensuring quality standards and project execution are met. Responsibilities Coordinate sorting, rework, and containment projects in support of OEM customers Lead onsite teams and ensure proper execution of work instructions and quality standards Support issue resolution, project planning, and corrective actions Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain communication between shifts and departments Verify payroll hours and maintain project documentation Ensure team training, safety compliance, and positive team morale Attend customer meetings and provide updates on project status Support customer communication and daily operational needs Qualifications 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience required Experience in quality inspection, sorting, and manufacturing or warehouse environments Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience working directly with customers and leading teams Knowledge of Microsoft Office required SAP experience preferred Ability to read engineering drawings and cosmetic standards is a plus High School Diploma required Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during 8+ hour shifts Exposure to noise, temperature changes, and outdoor weather conditions Candidates must be flexible, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
