• Shift 8am
• 8pm Monday
• Thursday (4 Day work week) with long weekends off

Responsibilities:

• Maximize productivity while minimizing seconds/waste and ensuring all quality standards are met.
• Supervises and manages daily activity of 25 plus associates to include performance, discipline, attendance, and job assignment.
• Ensure all jobs are covered and running at full efficiency adjusting labor as needed.
• Manage and modify labor and workload in accordance to approved labor budget.
• Patrols all areas of production watching for accurate operation of the jobs and safe work practices and offers guidance/direction where needed.
• Completes all paperwork including timesheets, production reports, warpout reports and manages warp board to determine warpout schedule.
• Must be able to understand and preform all aspects of the weaving and slashing department.
• Notify upper management of any problems that may arise that require additional assistance.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensue all safety rules are followed.
• Report any unsafe acts or conditions to Human Resources immediately.

Proven experience in manufacturing management with a focus on weaving or textile production environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively within a high-volume production setting while maintaining safety standards. Mechanical knowledge related to weaving machinery and plant equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and team leadership across diverse departments.
