Desired Qualifications:

Professional background as a school social worker, mental health therapist, counselor, or similar role Experience supporting students with PTSD, aggressive behaviors, or tendencies to elope Skill in identifying and de-escalating student triggers related to sensory input (e.g., loud music or sudden sounds) CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification highly preferred Gentle, patient, and highly trained approach to working with high-need students Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:
