Job Description

Supervise production employees and manufacturing processes to complete finished goods that meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and solve problems effecting production output related to quality cost performance manpower equipment efficiency. Follow Daily, weekly and monthly production schedule. Work closely with planning to assure customer orders and demands are met within target lead times and on time performance. Partner with Quality team to identify Corrective, Preventive, and Continual Improvement opportunities. Ensure employees are following all safety procedures outlined in company handbook. Attentive to unsafe behaviors and work conditions. Ensures managing procedures and work instructions are documented and followed. Take necessary corrective action when needed. Work closely with Human Resources to manage adequate staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree in Business or related field, preferred. Minimum 2 year manufacturing experience and production supervision. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach and develop team to achieve company goals. Strong background in 5S and continuous improvement. Compensation based on experience and skillset Summary In the role of Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in production processes. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will utilize your knowledge and leadership skills to foster team development and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A strong communicator, you will promote a culture of safety and organization through 5S practices while leveraging your relevant skills in production operations to drive productivity.
