Job Description

  • Need someone with experience in Glass or Furnace manufacturing companies.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role
  • Comfortable in a 24/7 operation
  • getting calls after hours
  • Bachelors/Associates degree preferred Furnace Superintendent, the most important attributes for success in the role are: Leadership & People Management
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience managing a workforce of approximately 150 employees.
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate employees
  • Experience managing hourly workforces
  • Capability to conduct performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions
  • Ability to step into the Plant Manager role when needed
Pay:
$115,193.63
  • $150,329.
