If you know your way around structural steel and metal buildings, can lead a crew without breaking a sweat, and believe in getting the job done right—this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supervising and leading steel erection crews on commercial/industrial job sites Reading blueprints, layout plans, and project specs with confidence Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and timeline goals Communicating with project managers and subs to keep things running smooth Solving problems on the fly and keeping your team on point Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. 5+ years of experience in steel erection / PEMB Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site compliance Ability to operate equipment (lifts, telehandlers, etc.) Excellent communication and crew management skills Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality control in all aspects of work.
