What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals Develop and implement production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies Maintain accurate records and generate production reports
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus Ability to create and follow structured production processes
