Production Supervisor

• Implement, manage, and monitor assembly processes
• Plan work schedules and manage employee hours
• Assess skill levels and coordinate training
• Troubleshoot assembly issues
• Conduct random inspections of assembly lines Skills and Experience
• 4 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role
• 2 years power electronics manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated success leading teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing
