Seal Tex — Field Installation Technician (Dallas)Field Installer — Custom Fabrication — Dallas, TX Seal Tex is hiring a Field Installation Technician for our Dallas fab shop. You'll install custom-fabricated stainless steel and sheet metal work — vent hoods, duct covers, countertops, backsplashes, and more — on-site for commercial kitchens and, increasingly, luxury residential projects across the Dallas area. This is hands-on, detail-driven work: every piece is custom-built, and your job is making it fit right in the field.

What You'll Do:

Install custom vent hoods, duct covers, countertops, backsplashes, and related stainless steel/sheet metal fabrications Work on-site at both commercial kitchens and luxury residential projects Handle precise, detail-oriented installation where fit and finish matter Communicate directly with customers, contractors, and on-site teams Troubleshoot and adjust on the fly when field conditions don't match the shop drawing

What We're Looking For:

Prior field installation experience preferred Mechanical skills and experience with hand tools required Excellent communication skills required Positive attitude and coachable — willing to learn our process and standards Sheet metal fabrication or TIG welding experience a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
