$78,000-$88,000/year, depending on experience Job Overview DFW Sheetmetal is an HVAC sheet metal fabrication shop based in Haltom City, TX, fabricating quality ductwork and sheet metal for general contractors and HVACR clients across the DFW area. We're hiring a Production/Fabrication Manager to run the front end of our shop — estimating and takeoffs on the way in, scheduling and job release on the way out to the floor. This is a hands-on working manager role. You'll do takeoffs yourself, plan and release the work, and lead a team of 6-7 people. You're the link between what we bid and what we build, which makes this one of the most important roles in the building.
