Bilingual Hydraulics Shop Foreman:
Lead Our Team to Project Perfection Core Hydraulics is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Shop Foreman to lead and motivate our diverse team in the Pompano Beach/South Florida area. If you're a hands-on leader who can bridge communication gaps and drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards in specialized hydraulic systems (hoses and cylinders) and heavy civil construction, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Bilingual Communication Leadership:
Effectively communicate complex work instructions, safety standards (including OSHA regulations), and quality specifications in both English and Spanish .
Operational Excellence:
Direct daily shop operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strict adherence to project deadlines and quality mandates.
Technical Interpretation:
Read, interpret, and explain detailed technical documents, including blueprints and schematics, to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Lead by example in upholding rigorous safety protocols and conduct thorough quality control inspections for all work, with a specific focus on the precision of hoses and cylinders.
Workforce Development:
Provide effective training and coaching to all staff, fostering an inclusive environment and a culture of continuous technical skill advancement. Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) - Required for critical team and safety communication.
Proven Supervisory Experience:
Demonstrated leadership (3+ years preferred) in a construction, fabrication, or heavy-industrial shop environment.
Technical Expertise:
Strong practical knowledge of shop operations and processes, with specific experience in or familiarity with hydraulic systems, hoses, and cylinders.
Safety Acumen:
Current knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Reading Competency:
