We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your leadership makes a direct impact. Responsibilities Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies. Qualifications You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment. Bachelor's (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred. At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. You should be proficient and comfortable with computers. Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Forklift experience/certification is a plus. Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
