What We're Looking For:

3+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and workflow optimization. Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, no more dealing with uninspiring bosses! Lean manufacturing experience or continuous improvement experience is a huge plus.
