At CRH, you get the benefit of working for a large global company with the feel of a small company and opportunities to make an impact. # 522920-en_US Position summary •Oversight of employees and equipment Accurately report production Conduct shift huddles daily Communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, production Participate in and oversee Lock Out Tag Out and CPM Lead and maintain safety and plant policies Assist with inventory, both finished goods and raw material Oversight of Quality of production on shift Operate all machines and equipment, including mobile equipment, as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines Establish, assign, and communicate job responsibilities and schedules for personnel Supervise and evaluate job performance Monitor and maintain records of attendance Participate in, conduct, and ensure safety meetings and training sessions are held Review production data and prepare reports Assist employees with production issues and ensure satisfactory production operations Provide information regularly to site leadership regarding current operations and manpower status Performs other duties as assigned Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
