RESPONSIBILITIES
Travels with a strategic team of professionals to serve ProLift Customers nationwide Work includes managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, maintaining records, monitoring work quality and work schedules, ensuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback. The employee is responsible for the procurement of materials, work orders, and record-keeping for each project. Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions, extremes in temperatures, and hazards associated with equipment operation. Coordinating daily tasks according to project priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures Managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers, project managers and other officials Establish and maintain high morale while supervising crews, assigning job tasks, and producing highly productive cycle times for labor, equipment, and materials Coordination with the superintendent and project manager to identify and monitor critical items that reduce productivity or complicate scheduling. Help plan the necessary labor, equipment, and materials on a daily and weekly schedule Must understand the quality assurance requirements for the specific tasks assigned to their crew. Will be responsible to document work processes and inspections to the standards provided by the project manager Participates in daily operational planning meetings with key project personnel to communicate the work plan of the day Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system. Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years experience in related work. Knowledge of heavy lift equipment and or/ plant operations is a plus Experience in a supervisory role in a related construction field Good leadership and communication skills as necessary to assign and lead the tasks of the specific project Ability to maintain written documentation of daily activities Flexible schedule, able to travel and work overtime Pass drug screen, clean background Must possess a valid drivers license
Education:
HS Diploma or GED required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
