Work Schedule:

Onsite, Monday through Thursday, 6a to 430p. Additional hours (including Fridays) may be required to meet deadlines or complete assignments. What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in production control or related manufacturing fields, including supervisory roles Metal, Metal Fabrication, Assembly, Machining, Powder Coating, and Welding background Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff Expertise in implementing process improvements and optimizing production workflows Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance performance Excellent communication skills•clear, effective, and collaborative Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs Nice to
