What You'll Do Maintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expired Supervises activities of Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental Direct and coordinate activities to include: safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization What You'll Need Customer Service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external contacts with broad knowledge of marketing and sales practices Knowledge of full manufacturing process to include production and fabrication experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in highly productive environment while problem solve in all areas of the Warehouse Your Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
