Commercial Roofing Superintendent Full-Time | Based on Experience Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for a Superintendent to lead our foremen and field crews, delivering safe, high-quality commercial roofing installations across every job site. What You'll Do Oversee field staff and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality Coach and developforemen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project What You Bring Experience leadingforemenand crews on commercial roofing projects OSHA 30-hour card and valid driver's license Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills Nice to Have Bilingual fluency, CDL Specialized training: crane, forklift, man lift, rigging, CERTA Why Eskola Trade-specific training & room to grow with the company Company-provided tools/equipment as needed Medical (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match) Dental, Vision, Life, & Disability Insurance 401(k) with
