English | Bilingual (preferred) The Production Manager leads daily production operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) goals. This position manages Production Supervisors, supports employee development, improves production performance, and ensures a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations.
• Lead and support Production Supervisors and production teams.
• Monitor production performance and achieve SQDC goals.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and work procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and employee development.
• Support equipment maintenance and production uptime.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Manage department resources and control costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S activities.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience working with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Human Resources teams.
• Proven ability to support Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Move throughout production and warehouse areas regularly.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Monitor production activities and safety conditions on the manufacturing floor.
• Respond quickly to operational and safety issues.
• Use computers and documentation tools daily.

Work Environment:

• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Fast-paced production floor.
• Regular interaction with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HR teams.
• Daily supervision of production activities.
