2nd Shift Supervisor

Who We're Looking For We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our steel truss manufacturing facility in Tyler, TX . This position is responsible for maintaining open communication, coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team, while also actively assisting with production operations. What's a Typical Day Like? This role provides leadership and direction to our 2nd Shift production employees while ensuring production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Why Cascade Mfg?
