A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

About Us Simplified Landscaping builds high-end residential and commercial landscape projects across Northern Utah — hardscape, retaining walls, full installs, and everything in between. We run a leveled foreman system with defined pay bands, real performance incentives, and a visible path from Developing Foreman to Lead Foreman and beyond. You'll always know where you stand and what the next level pays. What You'll Do
- Lead a construction crew of 2-5 on residential and commercial landscape projects
- Own your job sites: production, quality, safety, and schedule
- Read plans, manage materials, and keep your crew ahead of the work — no standing around waiting on direction
- Hit labor budgets — our foremen are measured (and paid bonuses) on labor performance
- Communicate with clients professionally on site
- Train and develop your crew members
- Operate equipment (skid steer, loader, compactors) as needed What You Bring
- 2+ years of landscape or construction crew leadership experience (or exceptional field experience ready to step up)
- Hardscape experience strongly preferred: pavers, retaining walls, concrete, grading
- Ability to run a job from plans with minimal supervision
- Clean MVR; CDL a plus (we'll help you get one)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
