What You'll Do Coordinate manufacturing schedules and staffing plans to ensure adequate plant coverage Maintain employee vacation, holiday, and workforce scheduling records Create and manage bills of material (BOMs), routing information, job folders, and production documentation Support manufacturing leadership with administrative and operational coordination Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, HR, payroll, and accounting teams Maintain inventory records and coordinate purchasing activities as needed Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational data for management review Process purchase orders and track vendor communications Assist with employee training coordination and related documentation Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives Ensure accuracy of manufacturing records and system data
Required Qualifications We're Looking For:
