Hourly Rate:
$30.00 + based on experience Full Benefits Package! KELLY has partnered with a premiere manufacturing company in Richmond, VA and seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to join their team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal efficiency. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations. Address and resolve any production-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record of successfully managing production teams to meet or exceed p erformance targets. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
Requirements Physical Requirements Lifting Capacity:
Warehouse workers often need to lift and carry heavy objects, which can weigh up to 50 pounds or more.
Endurance:
Workers are usually on their feet for extended periods, which requires stamina to sustain energy throughout the workday.
Mobility:
