- Assigns, reviews, plans and coordinates the work activities of others
- Advise and provide interpretation regarding the application of policies, procedures and standards in regard to specific situations
- Supervise the correct hours entry in SAP
- Maintains work standards and evaluates employee work performance and set goals to improve performance
- Ability to persuade and convince others and ability to resolve employee issues
- Analyses and approves payroll reports and timesheets.
- Assign, review plan for the maintenance team
- Review plans with sales/PM in order to find the correct balance between costs and customer satisfaction
- Prepare the schedule for the backup units overhauling
- Confers with other managers to coordinate activities of individuals .
- Establishes work schedules or adjusts work procedures to meet maintenance/kit assembly schedules.
- Prioritizes work effectively and motivates workers to achieve goals and production schedules.
- Interacts with production personnel to resolve manufacturing and assembly issues.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Leads by example and enforces safety regulations and safe work practices of workers.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate and provide training
- Maintains professional knowledge in applicable areas.
- Keeps abreast of changes in the field to include processed, client reactions, and changes.
- Researches new business trends and make recommendations for implementation.
- Estimates budget for the Ppo, Overhauling and kit area
- Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites both internationally and domestically as needed (unless there are serious personal reason to prevent the trip) other duties as assigned What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of a two year degree or 5 to 7 years of applicable experience in an OEM environment
