Full Job Description Position Description:
Unit Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all production activities daily. The position oversees the production and packaging of product consistent with superior customer service. The Unit Supervisor is responsible to effectively supervise the Production crew on accurately executing all verification and organizational processes, while maintaining quality standards and efficiencies.

Monday-Thursdays 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Scope of responsibilities: rovide high-quality customer service by storing products safely, accurately, and efficiently. Follow all company safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe workplace. Make sure department goals and KPIs are met. Keep the WMS system updated accurately and on time to maintain 100% inventory accuracy. Identify problems and suggest improvements to department processes and procedures. Check production processes and employee performance. Keep accurate records and documentation. Make sure the correct materials and components are used in production. Review production paperwork for accuracy before sending it to the Production Manager. Keep track of production supplies and inventory. Train employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete employee performance reviews when required. Manage multiple tasks while staying focused in a fast-paced work environment. Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
A minimum of one (1) year leading and supervising in warehouse environment A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred A minimum of two (2) years of inventory management preferred Health, Dental, 401(k), and Vacation Time will be offered
