The Project Superintendent supervises all paving, grading, grinding and prep crew activities as required to successfully complete projects safely, on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, and administering good construction safety practices. Includes daily scheduling, dispatch (including rental trucks), crew and subcontractor coordination, understanding and developing traffic control plans. Available to work extended hours, including night and weekend work. Full-time exempt, salaried position with benefits. Are experienced at supervising and coordinating field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. Can recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and field personnel performance. Understand and use job cost information to effectively manage projects. Are committed to providing the highest level of quality customer service in accordance with The Lakeside Experience. Have a passion for mentoring, developing and coaching employees, by providing cross-training opportunities, positive feedback, and constructive criticism. Can work well under pressure. WAGE & BENEFIT INFORMATION

The full annual salary range for this position is $96,000 to $135,000. People entering this job typically start between $96,000 and $120,000 depending on direct professional experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location. Lakeside Industries, Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time Admin employees (and their families) that includes medical with prescription coverage, HSA/FSA, dental, vision reimbursement program, Life/AD&D, LTD, 401k (with employer matching plus discretionary Company Profit Sharing contributions), 128 accrued hours of PTO, extended illness time accrued at five (5) days per year up to a maximum of 200 hours, EAP, wellness program, and eight (8) paid holidays.
