What they do
A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Job Description
- $21 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to unload deliveries.
- Shovel grain into bins.
- Pressure wash areas of the mill.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. reasonable distances.
- Fulfill other general housekeeping duties and assist other departments when called upon. Minimum Education and Experience
- Reading, writing and math skills. Preferred Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Exposed to existing weather conditions while outside and controlled room/machine conditions while inside work is performed.
- Exposed to air born dust, chemicals such as Formaldehyde, Peroxide, caustic cleaners/disinfectants and industrial lubricants.
- Must have the ability to move through the facility and carry required equipment, tools which could weigh as much as 100 lbs.
- Must wear required safety equipment including necessary PPE, respirators, etc.
