Kent, WA Shift:
Swing Shift (Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM) We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop production team members Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on-time delivery Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Coordinate new product launches with Engineering and Operations Monitor quality, productivity, staffing, and production performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, and continuous improvement Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, quality, and safety Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing Experience leading new product launches and process improvement initiatives Proven success developing high-performing teams and improving manufacturing performance
Pay:
