This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $80,000/yearly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st shift schedule Located in Lacey, WA Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen production operations and workflow Conduct roll call and pre-operational inspections (ATP and allergen swabbing) Set up and manage production lines for efficiency Ensure proper ingredient rotation and material movement Verify raw materials and maintain Batch Control Records (BCR) Ensure adherence to recipes and SKU-specific requirements Maintain consistent supply of ingredients to production lines Monitor quality through weight checks and QA verification Enforce food safety, sanitation, and PPE compliance Supervise SKU changeovers, including cleaning and sanitizing Conduct daily inspections of workstations and facility cleanliness Minimize WIP and ensure proper storage of finished goods Support overall operational efficiency and team performance Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior leadership experience in food production or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead a team and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (32-36°F) Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime
