This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace. 🔧 What You'll Do As our Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily production schedules and plant activities Monitoring product quality and line performance Leading, scheduling, and supporting production staff Ensuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining top-tier quality standards Championing safety protocols and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.) Coordinating machinery maintenance to minimize downtime Leading process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency Conducting audits and tracking compliance with all quality and safety standards Coaching team members and driving training initiatives Supporting performance reviews and employee development 💼 What You Bring We're looking for someone with a strong mix of hands-on experience and leadership abilities: High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting (food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!) Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish bilingual a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plus A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently Solid organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Confidence in working with cross-functional and multilingual teams Production Hours run (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) 🌱 Why Join Us?
