•10:30 pm The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in Iron Ridge, WI to add an experienced Steel Welder to their 2nd shift team.

these are all direct hire roles offering excellent benefits + PTO program immediately. What You'll Do/ Responsibilities for

Steel Welders:

Perform MIG/GMAW and

TIG/GTAW

welding Weld components in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Set up components for welding according to specifications Adjust welding equipment for varying material thicknesses Measure and align parts using calipers, rulers, measuring tapes, clamps, and fixtures Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding Inspect completed welds and structures for quality and defects Troubleshoot issues and maintain welding equipment safely

What We're Looking For/ Who Qualifies:

Previous professional welding experience Proficiency in GMAW/MIG and

GTAW/TIG

welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Ability to adjust welding machines for different material thicknesses Strong measuring, fabrication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Must successfully complete a weld test Compensation for the Steel Welder role: $32
